Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time.

In the app

• Open K-Fortune.
• Go to Profile → Delete Account.
• Confirm. This permanently removes your readings, Ask history, and profile.

By email

If you can’t access the app, email support@ksaju.app from the address associated with your account and we’ll process the deletion.

What gets deleted

• Your account identifier and profile.
• Your saved readings and Ask Master Han history.

Face images are never stored, so there is nothing to delete there. Purchase records may be retained where required for billing/legal reasons.
